3. Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our sole discretion for any reason.
4. Shipping & Delivery: Orders are shipped same day if ordered before 12pm MST, or 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Mile High Compounds is not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or other external factors.
5. Refunds & Returns: Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be accepted unless product is damaged during shipping.
6. Limitation of Liability: Mile High Compounds shall not be held liable for any misuse, improper handling, or consequences arising from use of the materials purchased. The buyer assumes full responsibility for the legal and responsible use of all products.
